Who is Rehearso for?

Rehearso is built for first-time managers preparing for difficult workplace conversations, including giving feedback, setting boundaries, saying no, and addressing accountability.

Is this website the full app?

No. The interactive example shows how a thoughtful opening can sound. It runs locally using scripted examples, without AI or a sign-up. The Rehearso app includes personalized AI role-play, voice practice, coaching, and saved conversation plans.

Do I have to speak out loud?

No. You can rehearse using text in the app. Voice practice is also available when you want to hear how your opening sounds.

Can I practice a situation of my own?

Yes. Describe your own workplace situation in the app, or start with one of 24 curated scenarios. Avoid including employer names or identifying details about colleagues.

Is Rehearso free?

The app includes one complete starter practice. Additional AI Practices are available in packs, with optional unlimited plans. Check the app for current local prices. The scripted example on this page is free.

What happens to what I share?

This website's demo stays in your browser and does not record audio or send conversation text. In the app, AI-powered practice sends relevant input to the AI service; local recordings, history, and deletion controls are described in the app. Read the privacy policy before sharing sensitive information.

Can Rehearso tell me what I should do?

Rehearso is a practice and reflection tool, not legal, HR, or mental-health advice. AI feedback can be imperfect. For harassment, discrimination, safety concerns, or formal employment decisions, get help from an appropriate professional.

The real conversation is ahead.
Give yourself a little practice.

You don't have to figure out the first words alone.
